Krebs Farley’s bankruptcy practice focuses on representing sureties and other creditors in a wide range of bankruptcy matters, including workouts, insolvency proceedings, and Chapter 11 reorganizations. With the aggressive protection of our clients’ interests foremost in mind, we maximize the value of their collateral, seek relief from stay orders, enforce security interests, and negotiate the foreclosure, acquisition, sale, and lease of real property.

Part of our bankruptcy practice involves litigating preference and fraudulent transfer matters. To this end, we conduct in-depth analyses of the creditor/debtor relationship and the intentions surrounding the transfer, and then use that information to achieve a favorable resolution for our clients. Leveraging our extensive experience in this area, we also prosecute claim-related litigation in bankruptcy, reorganization, and state court insolvency proceedings, and litigate commercial disputes involving insurance coverage, labor contracts, employee benefits, and the enforcement and defense of guarantees.
